Join Myriad Fitness + Yoga for our HYROX Simulation Race on Saturday, October 24th.
This event is the perfect way to get a taste of a full HYROX event before committing to an official race! Stay close to home with no need to travel far.
The HYROX event itself is a thrilling challenge, testing strength, speed, agility, and
endurance through a set of demanding physical tasks. It's an excellent opportunity for
those who love the spirit of competition and teamwork.

EVENT DETAILS
This Simulation Race will be run similarly to a standard HYROX Race. Athletes will begin with a 1000 m run followed by the 8 HYROX Stations, with a 1000 m run between each Station. Details seen below.
- DOUBLES and SINGLES Races will BOTH be held on SATURDAY.
- The DOUBLES RACE feature teams of two athletes completing the full distances for runs together, while dividing the work at each station.
- DOUBLES will hold three divisions: M/M, F/F and Mixed.
- The SINGLES RACE feature an individual athlete completing all stations and distances solo.
- SINGLES will hold two divisions: Male and Female.
- AGE DIVISIONS will also be added.
16 - 29 | 30 - 49 | 50+
For Doubles, Age Divisions are determined by the average age of the two participants.
- OPEN WEIGHTS DIVISION will be used for both the Individual and Doubles races.
Heat Schedule: Heats run every 10 minutes
- M/M | first heat starts 8:00 am
- Mixed | first heat starts at 9:30 am
- F/F | first heat starts at 11:00 am
- MALE | first heat starts at 12:30 pm
- FEMALE | first heat starts at 2:00 pm

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds –
Due to the limited capacity for Myriad X HYROX Simulation Races, registration refunds will not be offered without purchase of Flexible Registration (see below). Because all race shirts are sold by pre-order only, no refunds will be offered for race shirts.
Deferrals –
Any registrant needing to drop from the race that has NOT purchased a Flexible Registration will be offered a race deferral for the next season’s race. This deferral will expire after the following season’s race. If you have NOT purchased the Flexible Registration add-on then a deferral will be your ONLY option if you can no longer participate.
Flexible Registration – Cost: $20
Flexible Registration allows you to cancel your race registration up to four-weeks prior to the event (September 28th) for a full refund. Cancellations made up to two-weeks prior to the event (October 12th) are eligible for a 50% refund. Refunds will not be offered in the final two weeks leading up to the race. Deferrals are available for last minute cancellations. Flexible Registration does not include refunds for pre-order shirts. If you have ordered a shirt, your refund will include the percentage you are eligible for minus the cost of your pre-order shirt.
