PROGRAM DETAILS

50 - 65% of a HYROX race is running. It can make or break your time. A strong HYROX finish time is all about running efficiency, economy and endurance.

Summer is the perfect time to improve your running for a HYROX race, taking advantage of good weather conditions.

This program is designed to provide the bridge between strength training workouts and running performance to keep you running longer and faster and feeling great.

Train to Run will benefit HYROX athletes of all levels from those preparing for their first race or looking to compete at a high level.

Training content will be delivered via a virtual community where questions + interaction will drive your progress. Coaches will be available for assistance with training or running questions!

When: This 10-Week Program begins at time of purchase. This is a complete at your own pace workout and will be available for purchase from May - August.

High-Quality Coaching: Your coach Dan German, has a well-developed background in strength + conditioning as well as endurance sport. A former collegiate rower, he now acts as a performer consultant for Columbia University Lightweight Men's Rowing, a three time national champion.

Dan has been in the coaching field for over 15 years in a variety of settings including personal training and performance training for rowers.
