Ramp Up to CrossFit is geared towards anyone who is looking to get into CrossFit for both the movements and the community. Whether you are new to fitness, switching programs, cross-training, this foundational series is for YOU.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Expert Coaching: With 50+ combined years of Coaching + Teaching experience, our qualified coaches are here to guide you through movements safely + well.
Know Your Strengths + Weaknesses: Assess your current level of fitness so that you can create a plan for success. Learn how to cater classes to your specific goals + needs, so that your CrossFit experience is personal + individual.
Consistency: With two classes per week, for every four weeks, you will learn through repetition and become familiar with a routine schedule, helping you build habits.
Feel Seen: Receive individualized attention with a group of no more than eight individuals.
Value: At $229, you receive highly attentive, small group training for less than $29 / session. PLUS, you have UNLIMITED access to our yoga studio and Move fitness classes for the full four weeks.
