The Myriad Weightlifting team will be hosting the Myriad 500, a sanctioned Weightlifting meet at Myriad Fitness + Yoga, 1060 N Capitol Ave. There will be sessions throughout the day starting at between 9:30 am.

This meet will be a last chance qualifier for Summer Nationals.

Must be a USAW Member to compete.

Open to all weight classes and age groups. Prizes to be announced soon!
