Join us for a 26-day habit exploration challenge! Every evening, you will receive an email with your challenge for the next day geared towards improving your fitness, wellness + mindfulness.
You will learn a little bit about the why behind each challenge so you are empowered to choose the habits that make the most sense for you by the end of the challenge.
Each day of the week will have a different theme to focus your habits around, ensuring that you can still find balance between your regular workouts + routines.
Mindful Monday: 5 - 10 minute meditation
Tough Tuesday: 1000 jumping jacks OR lateral toe-taps over the course of 8-hours
Wellness Wednesday: Start your morning with 8 oz. of warm salt + lemon water for electrolytes
Thankful Thursday: Journal on your own or with your family. Who helped you today? Who did you help?
Functional Fitness Friday: Perform a hollow body (legs straight OR bent) TABATA at various levels.
Stamina Saturday: 250 Calories on the Echo Bike OR 5 -10 mile bike ride
Self-care Sunday: Take an ice bath!
Online accountability + a friendly, competitive spirit will help you stay motivated throughout the month!
