12-WEEK HYROX STRENGTH PROGRAM INCLUDES:

PROGRAM DETAILS

This HYROX strength program allows you to work on the skills, strength and mobility demands of a HYROX race, while the weather isn't so ideal for running.

The program will feature targeted accessory movements including squatting, pressing, rowing, lunging and resistance training, designed to prepare you for EVERY aspect of a HYROX race. All workouts feature guided training programs completed at your own pace.

Your program will include [3] days of accessory strength training which can be completed at our coached sessions in the gym. It will also include [1] at-home cardio workout which you may complete on your own, or at the gym during our Open Gym hours.

BikeROX Race **OPTIONAL, not included in cost

TIMES:

Morning : 6:30 - 7:30 am

Midday: 11:30 - 1:00 pm *Come at any 60-minute window during this time
