WHAT IS HYROX?

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

Each race is hosted indoors in expansive exhibition halls, creating an immersive and electrifying race, where your spectators can support you from the very beginning to the very end.

This race format remains consistent across the globe, enabling global leaderboards & a cumulative World Championships at the end of each race season.

Accommodating both professional athletes, and everyday fitness enthusiasts looking to take their training to the next level, HYROX is the sport for everybody.

6-Weeks of training

TWO [1] hour long training classes per week

ONE at-home running workout programmed per week

TWO Saturday HYROX Simulation event days

EVENT DETAILS

This program promotes physical fitness through a series of classes that are accessible and safe. Whether you aim to challenge yourself in the next HYROX competition or simply participate in our HYROX series to stay active and healthy, there's a place for you here.

HYROX training focuses on the following movements: running, rowing, skiing, sled pulls, sled pushes, burpees, farmer's carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls.

HYROX is great for any athlete that loves a long, sweaty, grind!

The HYROX event itself is a thrilling challenge, testing strength, speed, agility, and

endurance through a set of demanding physical tasks. It's an excellent opportunity for

those who love the spirit of competition and teamwork.

DATES:

  • Begins Monday, May 5th

  • Ends Saturday, June 14th

TIMES:

  • Mondays 5:00 - 6:00 am

  • Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:30 pm

*Includes [1] at-home running workout per week

  • Saturday, May 24th 10:30 am HYROX trial

    *Half or full HYROX trial

  • Saturday, June 14th Myriad HYROX Simulation

    *Open to the public. FREE to those registered for the 6-week training course.
