USAW Sanctioned Weightlifting Meet open to all weight classes
and age groups.
First weigh-ins begin at 8 am.
All participants will receive a Capital Cup swag bag with free giveaways!

Eligibility:
All athletes must hold an active USAW membership to participate.
PARTICIPATION WILL BE LIMITED. SIGN UP EARLY TO COMPETE.
MUST BE A USAW (USA WEIGHTLIFTING) MEMBER TO COMPETE.
