BOOTCAMP TO CROSSFIT FAQ

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT THE NEXT FEW MONTHS?

TIME LINE:

NOW thru December 31st, 2025:

  • Bootcamp schedule and pricing remain unchanged.

  • Try out CrossFit by attending any Hybrid class at 4 pm every day or all day on Fridays.

  • YOUR current price will be honored through the end of the year, even if you switch to CrossFit now.

Sunday, September 29th - Sunday October 6th:

  • Member Appreciation Week -- an opportunity to try out CrossFit classes throughout the entire week.

Tuesday, October 15th - Saturday, October 26th:

  • Level Method Global Assessments for Bootcamp Members -- an opportunity for you to assess your fitness and achieve your levels for the Level Method programming!

  • Try to attend as many bootcamp classes as you can in this two week period to get your Level Method assessments completed.

Monday, December 9th:

  • NEW 2025 schedule will be released to Members.

  • We are working to make adjustments to fit our Members many needs within the schedule.

Wednesday, January 1st:

  • Bootcamp is officially discontinued.

  • Official rollout of the new 2025 pricing and membership structure. Your membership price will now change.

  • New 2025 schedule officially implemented with a single group fitness class.

HOW DO I TRANSITION FROM BOOTCAMP TO CROSSFIT?

Please reach out to info@myriadfit.com to let us know how you would like to transition from the options below. We are happy to help you choose and answer any questions you may have.

OPTIONS TO TRANSITION BEFORE JANUARY 1ST, 2025:

Option 1:

  • Any Member who wishes to switch NOW and wants to start CrossFit immediately may receive a FREE 1:1 Strategy Session with a Coach --

    • Your Coach will meet with you for a 30-45 minute session and explain the Level Method, show you how to best utilize ChalkitPro and help you create a plan to transition.

    • You may choose to drop into the Wednesday 6:30 pm CrossFit Skills + Assessments classes to gradually complete your assessments or wait until the Global Assessment period in October (see above).

    • Your Coach will help you decide at what "level" you will workout until you have completed your assessments.

    • Best for those individuals who are ready to attend class right away and learn quickly on their own. Will work well for those not able to attend 1:1 sessions but who have availability to attend 6:30 pm.

Option 2:

  • Any Member who wishes to switch NOW may take advantage of a FREE 1:1 CrossFit Foundations

    • Available between 9/16 thru 10/5

    • Your CrossFit Foundations will be [4] 60-minute 1:1 sessions with a Coach in which you complete all Level Method Assessments and run through the foundational movements of CrossFit.

    • Best for those individuals who appreciate individual attention and coaching, and have flexibility within their schedule to complete the [4] 1:1 sessions.

Option 3:

  • Any Member who wants to transition, but is not in an immediate hurry, may wait to participate in the Bootcamp Global Assessments before officially transitioning.

    • Bootcamp Global Assessments will run 10/15 - 10/26

    • Best for those individuals with less schedule flexibility and who enjoy learning in a group setting. This option is also great for those who do well with team encouragement and camaraderie.

Option 4:

  • Any Member who has not transitioned by 10/26 will be offered the chance again for a FREE 1:1 Foundations.

    • Available 10/26 thru 12/15.

    • Your CrossFit Foundations will be [4] 60-minute 1:1 sessions with a Coach in which you complete all Level Method Assessments and run through the foundational movements of CrossFit.

    • Best for those individuals who appreciate individual attention and coaching, and have flexibility within their schedule to complete the [4] 1:1 sessions.

Option 5:

  • After January 1st, 2025, any Member who has not completed assessments may hop into CrossFit classes and workout at the white - orange levels until assessments are completed.

    • The next round of Level Method Global Assessments for the entire community will be Monday, January 15th thru Saturday, January 25th.

WHAT ARE MY MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS?

Please tell us by the end of November if you’d like to change your membership. If you don’t, we’ll keep you at the same access and adjust your membership fee during your January billing cycle.

CrossFit Unlimited $190 (includes Yoga, Aerial, MOVE + Open Gym)

All Access $204 (includes Yoga, Aerial, MOVE, CrossFit, Weightlifting + Open Gym)
