Aerial Basics

a 4-week beginner's series to Aerial Yoga

PUSH YOUR EDGE. FEEL SUPPORTED. BE PLAYFUL.

READY TO TAKE YOUR YOGA PRACTICE INTO THE AIR?

Aerial is a casual departure from a typical yoga class — these classes create an open environment to practice unusual fitness movement and challenge your body in unique ways. This fun and playful movement style utilizes an aerial silk hammock while incorporating aspects of postural yoga, breath work, body weight and dynamic movement. Learn to use the silk hammock to both support you in poses and make your poses more challenging!

This workshop is open to everyone, regardless of experience level. Aerial Yoga invites all who wish to enjoy a casual + playful departure from their standard yoga or fitness classes. Previous movement experience is highly recommended through yoga, fitness, dance or other modalities.
